MAP and RRP enforcement
Defined upfront and enforced across all channels. Monitoring is continuous, not reactive. Brand partners do not need to chase us.
No exceptions
We do not participate in pricing races to the bottom. If a channel cannot operate within agreed parameters, we exit that channel, not the pricing standard.
Wholesale pricing
Not publicly listed. Specific to each approved account, category, and volume. Confirmed at point of order.
Reporting
Pricing compliance reporting provided to brand partners on a scheduled cadence. If you have questions about pricing conduct, please contact us.
Selection criteria
The agreement
Nothing activates without a written agreement covering scope, pricing, channel boundaries, reporting, and escalation procedures.
Exit and transition
Either party may exit per the distribution agreement. We cease activity within the notice period and handle remaining stock as agreed.
